Customer Service, Did They Get It Right? Blog
Customer Service these days seems to be a fairly random practice. I was taught, in theory and in practice, that customer service should be consistent and constant. Every customer should get the same high level of customer service, and every customer should feel as though their business counts. My goal here is to post about my customer service experiences and discuss what was done right, what was done wrong, and how anything wrong could have been handled better.
