Business Visa

How to apply for a Business Visa?

There is a simplified form of procedure to acquire a Business Visa inside UAE.

• Go to the website “Goldenvisa.ae” and sign up.
• After signing up and approval of your nomination by an incubator.

• And then you will receive the Business visa through an email along with further Instructions.

Note:

After having received your Business Visa you will be eligible to:

• Nominate any of your three (3) business staff or shareholders to join you in the UAE and receive the residency permit.

Patient or Companion Visa?

In case of medical situation or companion entry into the UAE you would need the sponsor, who should be either local or visa holder with hospital license. The process will be carried out under the sponsorship of the medical establishment and government/private hospitals inside the UAE.

If a companion of a visa holder inside the UAE has a medical condition it can be resolved by having the patient or company entry permit.

Patient or Companion entry permit inside Dubai

• Non – extendable: The single entry and non-extendable medical entry treatment permit would allow the patient or companion to enter Dubai with in the sixty (60) days after its issued. While the stay can be prolonged up to ninety (90) days from the date of its issuance.
• Extendable: The multiple entry and extendable medical entry treatment permit would allow the patient or companion to enter Dubai with in the sixty (60) days after its issued. While the permit can be prolonged after the ninety (90) days from the date of its issuance.

Tourist Visa

Note: 10 days without having any renewal once the tourist visa expires, a penalty of AED 100 each day would be imposed on you.

• Officials on 96-hour mission inside the UAE.
• Having a special entry permit into the UAE.

Fees of the Tourist Visa

• The tourism Visa would cost around from AED 336 to AED 1695 in total.

eVisa for the GCC residents

For the residents or local of any GCC countries UAE offers the option of eVisa. Only the eligible ones can have it, As this is single holder Visa so only one person can have it and only that person can enter in UAE. Remember! The validity of this Visa is only thirty (30) days.

How to apply for the eVisa

A local or resident of the GCC countries can obtain the eVisa by filling out the online application.

• Only the locals or residents of GCC countries can apply for eVisa.
• All of the entrants that are GCC locals are required to obtain the eVisa.

Terms and Conditions

• The applicant passport must be valid for 3 months from the date of arrival.
• If the profession of the applicant was found to be changed after the approval of the eVisa he/she will not be granted the permission to enter UAE.
• A companion will not be granted entry into the UAE if not accompanied by the GCC local.
• A time frame of thirty (30) months after the issuance of the eVisa will be granted to the GCC local and an extension of thirty (30) days will be permitted to the GCC local after the arrival.
• The companion with the GCC local will be allowed to stay for sixty (60) days. There permit can be extended for the next sixty (60) days upon arrival into the UAE.

The eVisa for GCC resident would cost around AED 320.

Retirement Visa

The UAE government have provided a number of flexible and more effective policies in all part of the state’s system. Retired residents are given priorities inside the region by providing them with the retirement visas by the government of UAE.

Transit Visa

How to apply for the Transit Visa?

• Any UAE-based airline or agency with whom you are travelling can provide you with the transit visa.

Two (2) Types of Transit Visas

There are two main transit visas’ been offered by the UAE.

• 46 Hours Transit Visa
• 96 Hours Transit Visa

What is a 46 hours transit visa?

One of the transit visas that is offered by the UAE has a duration of 46 hours in total which cannot be extended after its expiration. Must enter and leave the UAE within 46 hours of the transit visa.

How to apply for the 46 hours transit Visa

• If you are traveling onwards to another place/destination other than from which you are coming from.
• A valid passport which is valid for about three (3) months.
• Any normal photo which has a white background.

What is a 96 hours transit visa?

While the second type of the transit visas that is offered by the UAE has a duration of 96 hours in total which cannot be extended after its expiration. Must enter and leave the UAE within 96 hours of the transit visa.

How to apply for the 96 hours transit Visa

• If you are traveling onwards to another place/destination other than from which you are coming from.
• A valid passport which is valid for about six (6) months.
• Any normal photo which has a white background.

Fee of transit Visa

• For the 46-hour transit visa it would cost no fee as it’s free for all passenger passing UAE airports.
• For the 96-hour transit visa it would cost around AED 50.

Note – Additional departure Fee AED 30 is levied by the airports in UAE from any passenger passing through it.

Student Visa

Long term student Visa

• A student who has kept a record of 95 percent during in School located in the UAE.
• International students who have graduated with a cGPA of 3.75 from any institution outside UAE.

Standard Student visa

A standard Student visa of 1-year tenure is awarded to any student whom documents are approved by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA). It can be renewed for the same tenure of 1 year.

How to apply for the student Visa

You must require the acceptance/admission letter from the university or any institution in which you intend to study.

• You must have your visa sponsor which can be the university itself, parents or any relative.
• Having passed your medical tests and submission of the reports.
• Obtaining an approval from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs(GDRFA).

Student Visa for Residents of the UAE

Any resident of the UAE who intends to sponsor a child to get education here in the UAE needs to look into the check list for the student visa.

• The exception is been kept for only the male children of the UAE residents who are above the age of 1 years and are eligible to get admission in any of the institution inside UAE.
• After having the first child on board in the UAE for about 1 year. The residents can then process any of their child to get education inside the UAE’s territories.
