how is life in the wake of coronavirus?

How is life in the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic?

It hasn't just been a few hours since I wrote my first blog. But I cant just simply sit at home. One reason is boredom and another is that I want to qualify for Adsense! All this to say is because of the coronavirus pandemic(Covid-19 for short). There is a sudden silence that has dawned upon our lives.

In this Situation, a Poem comes to my mind. The poem's name is 'A Quiet Place' which I studied in my class 12. The poem goes as follows:

Now I will count to twelve

and we will all keep still
for once on the face of the earth,
let’s not speak in any language;
let’s stop for a second,
and not move our arms so much.

It would be an exotic moment
without rush, without engines;
we would all be together
in a sudden strangeness.

Fishermen in the cold sea
would not harm whales
and the man gathering salt
would look at his hurt hands.

Those who prepare green wars,
wars with gas, wars with fire,
victories with no survivors,
would put on clean clothes
and walk about with their brothers
in the shade, doing nothing.

What I want should not be confused
with total inactivity.
Life is what it is about;
I want no truck with death.

If we were not so single-minded
about keeping our lives moving,
and for once could do nothing,
perhaps a huge silence
might interrupt this sadness
of never understanding ourselves
and of threatening ourselves with death.
Perhaps the earth can teach us
as when everything seems dead
and later proves to be alive.

Now I’ll count up to twelve
and you keep quiet and I will go.

This poem has a deep meaning when we are stuck in a situation like this. The situation that the author imagines in the poem has become a reality and we are in that reality!

I heard a saying 'When life gives you lemons make lemonade', but what to do when life gives you death without trial? That is what the world is in now. Lives are lost and countries are going down.
Then again we need to #STAYHOME!
So we have reached the conclusion of the blog. Just requesting you all to stay safe and stay alive.
And also please add a comment as I will come to know  what you guys prefer and I will be writing future blogs on that.
If you are still here, thank you for coming this far. Your support matters most for bloggers like me.!

In this case there is only one thing that we can do and that is hope for the best. Trust me guys, hope goes a long way in a crisis and this surely is a crisis.
