- Overcome your negative self-talk and self-doubt by journaling and finding out why you lack faith in yourself.
- Stop fortune-telling your future and choose to live in the present. Adopt an attitude of “anything can happen!”

When you have an abundant mindset, you’re an energetic match for money. You look forward to showing up and doing the work. Your confidence rises. You start seeing results.
How to cultivate an abundant money mindset for business:
- Overcome your lack mindset and feel confident when talking pricing/money.
- Shift your narrative from “rich people are evil” to “money is a neutral resource and I can use it to do good in the world”.
- Understand that hoarding money and not investing in your business is repelling the energy of money from coming towards you.
Mindset Shift #3: Discipline & Consistency
When you decide to fuck motivation and use the power of discipline to stay consistent, you feel empowered as eff. Your energy improves. You let go of the outcome and focus on the money-making journey. You start seeing results.
How to become more disciplined and consistent in business:
- Find a daily routine that works for you and use a reward mechanism to stick to it. “When I finish X, I get to do Y…”
- Remind yourself of what’s at stake and what’s in it for you if you stay on track.
- Let go of the belief that working hard/hustling is bad. Aligned hustle is NOT a bad thing — there’s no manifestation without aligned action.
Mindset Shift #4: Energy & Intuition
When you trust your intuition and do the energy work, the action steps become clear. You know what you have to do to manifest money. You feel confident showing up in your business. You start seeing results.
How to do the energy work and tap into your intuition for business:
- Set up a relaxing, soothing environment before you meditate. Try aromatherapy or crystals — whatever works best for you!
- Let yourself “free journal” and ask your intuition/higher self to guide you. Use “you” statements to tap into what you need to do next.
- Set boundaries and understand that your energy is precious — not everyone has a right to your energetic presence.
