Deli/Bakery Manager

Montauk, New York Adams Hometown Markets
The qualified candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Managing the Deli and Bakery Department operation and personnel to provide wanted customer products that are fresh, available and marketable, while maintaining business objectives for sales, margin and labor efficiency.
Maintaining superior levels of interaction and customer service with all customers
Ordering, Inventory Control, Receiving, Freshness, Processing, Display, and Storage of all department products
Performing slicing, cutting, weighing, pricing, packaging of deli products, using quality control as governed by company and store procedures (must be at least 18 years of age)
Performing duties in accordance with company guidelines for safety
Being able to perform all physical aspects of position including, but not limited to, standing, bending, lifting, squatting, climbing, lifting cases of product for processing
Cleaning / sanitizing equipment and processing areas
Maintaining acceptable levels of interaction with all fellow teammates
Travel as needed
Full Time with benefits

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
