If your SmartPlug product is broken, damaged or not working properly due to a manufacturing defect, we are happy to help. Our SmartPlug warranty coverage includes repairing or replacing defective parts as well as shipment for that replacement.

Please note, our coverages does not include products have have been subjected to misuse, mishandling, negligence, improper repair, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or any other unreasonable use.

Our warranty process is very easy! Simply visit our website here and begin your warranty claim form. Once the form has been submitted, you will receive an email with a Return Authorization Number that will include instructions on how to send your defective product back to us.
