Durrat Al Marina Islands
Three islands form the extent of the master-plan of Durrat Al Marina. The main island is linked by bridges to the north and south islands. Developed in phases, various sub-developments have been named and branded to date: These include Durrat Marina Yacht Club together with a retail strip that overlooks the marina, now under construction. Marina Breeze and The Residences residential apartments are nearing completion and 360o, a mixed-use tower complex overlooking the marina is also in the final stages of construction. In addition, Layan, a residential masterpiece complete with a private water park, has been announced. Phase 1 waterside villas have been constructed, with Phase 2 villas now underway.
Layan Durrat Marina
Located at the waterfront, is the BD30 million Layan development. This first-of-its-kind design features a private water park fully encompassed within the grounds of a residential complex. The water park can be accessed through slides connected to balconies of a select number of exclusive apartments. More than 200 homes ranging from studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, penthouses and villas available on a freehold basis are being developed as a part of the project. Each of the exclusive luxury villas come complete with a luxury yacht and a luxury car.
Durrat Marina phase 1
Durrat Marina is being developed in multiple overlapping, but distinct, phases. Durrat Marina phase 1, which has already captured a great deal of interest, includes an exclusive set of sea-facing villas on the main island, which have completely sold out, as well as residential apartments, a dedicated Yacht Club in close proximity to the marina, and a promenade with cafes and retail outlets. Design work for the second phase of villas is in progress, and individual developers have purchased land plots for the development and construction of residential zones.
The first phase of Durrat Marina includes a gated and exclusive set of sea-facing villas and residential apartment blocks that enjoy both marina bay and sea views. The Yacht Club is in close proximity to the residential area and represents the heart of Durrat Marina project, anchoring it with close to 200,000 square meters of marina facilities and creating a lively and vibrant marina environment. Contributing to this atmosphere is a stunning promenade which houses specialty cafes and retail establishments. The promenade provides visitors with gorgeous views of the marina and the incomparable ambiance of life by the sea.

Durrat Marina Downtown
Planned to be the ‘downtown’ area of Durrat Marina, a 200-meter walkway will host numerous cafes and restaurants, high-end boutiques and a wide range of leisure activities.
A two storey retail area, comprises 42 outlets with a total built-up area of approximately 5,200 square meters (3,800 sqm of retail space and 1,400 sqm of terrace space). Almost every outlet will be able to enjoy terrace space with views of the marina.
Durrat Marina Yacht Club
The Yacht Club and Marina are part of the Durrat Marina project. As one of the Kingdom’s prime examples of marina lifestyle, Durrat Marina brings the atmosphere of the Riveria to the lap to the Arabian Gulf.
Located on the southern shores of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and on the Durrat Marina main island, the Yacht Club enjoys unspoiled sea views, a rich maritime environment, and the warm, deep blue waves of the Gulf. The Yacht Club is superbly designed to allow discerning yacht owners, area residents and visitors to enjoy an understated luxurious marina lifestyle. Designed over a sheltered 180,000 square meter bay, the Marina will accommodate some 400 boats with phase one of the construction currently providing approximately 100 berths for boats of between 10-26 meters.
