Most of the Consumer is also not aware of his Rights and Duties and thereby Do not Get What they have to. The Support Framework by Major Brands also is not robust and also does not provide the status of a Trouble Ticket logged by the Consumer. There is also no defined SLA or Escalation Process. Many times the Consumer feels the Need to Call or Talk to the Support team or OEM/Retailer When the Equipment Fails and finding such contact info through internet search does not provide the accurate results and can land the customer with an unauthorized service agency. Some of the Leading Brands do not provide the Regular Schedule of Service during the Warranty Period and expect the customer to book service calls during the Warranty Period. Customers are not aware of this and it might cost heavy if there is a major breakdown post Warranty End Date.

Solutions: Our Mobile App Provides the Customer to Create a Digital Record of Each of the House Hold Appliances Across 400+ Indian and International Brands and across 100+ Categories. You can upload the image/pdf of your Invoice or Warranty Card which comes handy to be produced to the Service Provider or Retailer when asked (Digital Repository). The App automatically creates Calendar Events for Each of the Events- Warranty End Date, Extended Warranty, Annual Maintenance Contracts or the Insurance Policy Due Date and Alerts the User at the Expiry of each of these Events. Whenever any breakdown occurs the User can Log a Service Complaint by using the App to Speak to the Customer Care Center or Raise a Ticket for Service. Beyond this, the user can also raise a request for Extension of Warranty or Renewal of Service Contracts (AMC or Insurance) through the App. The App also handles the Service Schedules of your Vehicles, request the OEM spares such as a remote for your TV or the Air conditioner or a Battery for your Mobile or Cordless Phone all in One Place, with a Single Sign-On

Idea or story behind the venture –

My Last Stint was with one of the Leading Vacations Ownership Companies as Head of IT Applications and with a Wider Experience in the IT Consulting on SAP Implementations before this. At one point of time, the Idea of Being an Employee and making to an everyday schedule of 9. 00 AM and managing every application with a Delegates of Team members was not my cup of tea. This gave way to setting up Coologeex- The Cool and Geeky Technology and Solution Company, which is a Multi-product company with other products for Print Media, Food and Beverages, the interests are beyond this and R&D is underway on some IoT projects which are droids in the making.
