The Competition and Markets Authority has updated its competition Law Risk Guide for managers aiming ‘to help managers, directors and their advisers to stay on the right side of the law’.
The updated guide has been developed in cooperation with the Institute of Risk Management and includes up-to-date case studies that demonstrate lessons learned and provide examples of best practice.
The guide also highlights accountability and the responsibility of directors to make sure companies comply with competition law.
