    (Makes 6-8 slices)
  • 6-8 slices of vegan bread (baguette or boule)
  • 2 smashed bananas
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup hemp milk or any vegan milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Extra ingredient:
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 tsp. Extracts (orange, lemon, or almond)
  • 2 T. powdered or regular peanut butter


  1. Use fork to mash bananas in a mixing bowl and add milk gradually to make a half-liquid mass. Then put cinnamon, vanilla and combine it. It is more practical to pour this mixture into a wider and deeper bowl simply because it will be easier to dip, flip and coat slices of bread evenly.
  2. Greased frying pan is previously heated. As you dip each slice, place it in the pan immediately and allow frying for about 3-5 minutes on each side. It is baked when it stops bubbling and when it becomes gold and crispy.
