SBI Credit Card Eligibility Criteria

Although the eligibility criteria for different SBI credit cards can vary depending on the card type, here are the basic requirements that are the same for all SBI cards.

→ Resident of India

→ Valid Bank Account

→ Age should be between 21 and 60 years

→ Good credit score (ideal score is 750+)

→ A regular source of income that can meet the income level of the card applied.


Documents required for SBI credit cards

The documents required to apply for an SBI credit card are:

→ Identity Proof- PAN card, Voter’s ID, DL, Aadhaar Card,

→ Address Proof- any valid document showing the current place of residence

→ Salary slips for the last 3 months

Although the rate of the reward of differs for different SBI credit cards, the benefits they provide usually helps the cardholder to save significantly.


How to redeem SBI credit card reward points?

Step-1: Login to SBI Card portal using your customer ID and password.

Step-2: Click on the “Rewards” section and select “Redeem rewards”.

Step-3: Filter the reward points, city, and category.

Step-4: Select the item as per your choice from the “Rewards Catalogue”.

Step-5: Click on Redeem now to confirm.


Points to Consider for SBI Credit Card Reward Points

→ The reward points are valid for a period of 24 months.

→ It generally takes a little time to receive the product you chose against the reward points. In the case of e-vouchers, it takes around 3-10 days and for catalog products, it takes around 15-30 days to get it delivered to your address.

→ While redeeming the points, SBI charges a fee of ₹99 plus GST.

→ If you wish to cancel the order, you can do the same on the same day by 4 pm by contacting the SBI customer care.
