1) Automatic L Sealer With Shrink Tunnel
Automatic L Sealer is used to automatically wrap products in a center folded film. The center folded film is inverted and opened by inserting triangles at the top and bottom of the in-feed conveyor that allows the product traveling on the conveyor to move inside the film. The product is detected by electronic eyes and advances into the sealing area with the film where it is automatically sealed inside the film by a hot-knife sealing system. The machine is easily adjusted for width and height to suit the product. Machine operation is controlled by PLC.

2) L Sealer With Shrink Tunnel
We offer of automatic L Sealer with shrink tunnel. This is high speed conveyor l-sealer. It is provided with a special hot knife sealing system for accurate seal and cutting.These automatic combination L sealers are acknowledged for their reliable service life. Our technologically advanced MRE-SWLS-SA-38 has a tunnel built on the same frame.
Features:
• It can finish all actions automatically such as covering with film, sealing, shrinking and so on.
• The bag length is controlled by photoelectric stepping motor; shrink speed is controlled by step less; HMI and PLC control the whole machine.
• The malfunction can be shown automatically when machine running.
• It can be used separately or in line with automatic cartooning machine and case filling machine.
