Job switch on H1B- contracting Vs full time

Need suggestions from who may have been in a similar situation.

I am on H1B (approved I140) and looking to switch jobs. I have a couple of offers, and having a hard time choosing one of them. Both have their pros and cons-

Offer 1- full time with a mid range company
Pros
-Full time position.
-Good work-life balance.
-Great benefits.
-H1B likely to be approved for 3 yrs.

Cons
-A very small hike in pay.
-A medium range company, with about 150 employees. I have always worked for bigger companies.
-Role and designation look like a demotion from current role (but has a scope for bigger role based on performance)

Offer 2- contracting role with a big company
Pros
-Great role, bigger responsibilities than the current one
-Good pay hike
-Big client and a reputed US based staffing company

Cons
-Visa extensions dependent on client letter
-H1B approval may be for a 1.5 yrs to 2 yrs

Thanks in advance for your time.
