Interviewed with the three of them for applied science related work and got hiring committee approved.

Amazon: Currently at amazon but interviewed with aws to switch from current team.
Pros: cool work, cutting edge technology, nice manager, great learning, stocks doing so well!
Cons: work life balance is just about ok with aws, same level as now which is L5 at amazon, no pay hike.

Google:
Pros: google brand, amazing perks, fast growing team google cloud.
Cons: getting a T4 at google, i am not very convinced about the team i was matched to. Although related but it might not have core ML, not sure how growth will work out within google, recruiter being picky in increasing pay. No numbers out yet but seems like it would be 30/40k increase over current tc.

Linkedin:
Pros: giving me a staff level, growth to becoming a manager is easier in future, comp may be > 80k higher than current total comp, extremely friendly work env from the looks of it, free food like google. I can make greater impact.
Cons: work doesnt look like cutting edge (not sure if there will be a lot of deep learning related work), not a FANG
