Disappointed with facebook interview process

I recently interviewed at Facebook for a tech role (still non-SWE). One women interviewer was literally reading the script of questions. At least 4 times she said, oops sorry this question is for other interview.
Hiring manager,an Indian guy, sounded nice but then started lecturing me around FB culture. The guy who did interview on VC from Seattle (after flying me to MPK from Seattle), had very hard time understanding basics of tech concepts. I also noticed that he had bad experience at amazon previously.

I don't know how to seriously consider their feedback after such experience. I felt that things I do at amazon are far more complex than the role was. I am disappointed with Facebook and it's interviewer selection.

I asked recruiter for feedback but he didn't share anything concrete. Just said that he will try to see if I am fit for another role.

My question is, how long do I need to wait before applying again? Can I apply for different roles right away?
