Is Airbnb collapsing?

I used to love Airbnb and really hope they won't fail, but....

CFO quit, product is full of bugs, customer support is a joke, SF is cracking down on short term rentals, IPO isn't likely to happen soon. Are they about to collapse?

After my last round of interactions I'm even more convinced they are heading for doom.... I've been using Airbnb for 5+ years as a host and guest so I'm familiar with their product. Airbnb recently had a bug that erroneously caused a reservation of mine to be canceled (as a host), they acknowledged the bug but didn't apologize for cancelling my reservation and are refusing to pay for my lost $. As a result I'm out hundreds of dollars and instead of having a real dialogue with me they respond by sending canned responses and then closing the support ticket. As if it's not bad enough they are loosing their SF supply due to recent SF laws, they are also loosing hosts due to their poor support (read their public host section re hosts not getting paid when damage occurs due to guests).

Thoughts?
