Do you have to show Proof to either party?
For example, do I have to show proof of total compensation from my current company in order to negotiate with new company?
And if I wanted to get a counter with current company, do I have to show proof of an offer?
I know some companies do and some don’t. But curious on what’s the latest given some recent salary-asking law changes.
