I’M HITTING A WALL with LEETCODE ! Are there roles that don’t need awesome programming skills

I have 10+ years of experience in QA. I *think* that I’m pretty successful in QA but here there are very few occasions where I get to put all my skills to best use.
I’m thinking SDET role would be the next logical transition but almost all SDET roles require proficiency with 1 language
Although I’m good with scripting (Shell, Awk, Python etc..), I hit a wall with Leetcode like questions.
Problems involving Trees, linked lists, dynamic programming scare the shit out of me.

Let me give an example - if someone asks me to implement a API that returns health score (a value between 0-100 considering CPU, memory, disk etc.. ) of a distributed system with 75 machines, I can do it in a day or 2 days.
But, if someone asks me to solve the “Burst Balloons” problem from leetcode.. I cant even start. Even to understand the solution, I have to read the code 10 times 😲

So, wanted to to ask here in this forum if someone has been in similar situation and still have fulfillment in their roles..
if yes, what roles are you in - TPM, Business Analyst, product/pgm manager, engg manager or Solution Architect?
Basically, if someone is good with OS(Linux), scripting, SQL, has good understanding of distributed systems and Web-servers, networking concepts and is also interested in managing projects and communicating with customers, what role should they be in?

I did some research but the job descriptions for these roles are very different for each company.
