According to a current building elevator posting, the hours of use for the amenities at Biscayne Beach have now been officially established.  Both the residents-only amenities floor and the waterfront Beach Club are huge highlights of the development, so the time which one can actually spend enjoying these amenities should be a determining factor for prospective tenants and buyers.  For all those wondering, how late is the gym open?  Or how late is the pool open?  Here you go!

Biscayne Beach Amenity Hours:

• Fitness Center: 5am – 12am
• Pools: Sunrise – Sunset
• Pool Decks & Beach Club: 6am – 11pm
• Great Room & Club Room: 6am – 11pm
• Tennis Courts: 6am – 10pm

I have to admit that compared to some other buildings with high-end amenities, these hours are quite generous.  There’s no doubt that residents will be enjoying them from the early morning hours to late at night, so it’s great news for Biscayne Beach!
