For me… for Madalynne… offering transgender and non-binary Lingerie is more than just reducing the bust curve on a bra or a bodysuit. It’s about recognizing how much these communities are marginalized, and raising visibility and acceptance for a person who is often devalued. To the person or the society who said girls wear pink and boys wear blue, women wear dresses, and men wear suits and ties, I challenge you. In a country where nearly 3% of teens are trans or gender-nonconforming, the fantasy that lingerie is only for women is unreal, unnecessary, and exclusionary. Do you want to wear dresses, skirts and heels? On the flip side, do you want to wear boxers or a suit? My goal is to offer lingerie that makes *people* feel beautiful because in my eyes, beauty isn’t about race, size, sexuality, hair color, skin color. It’s not about the clothes you wear or the make up you put on in the morning. A beautiful person is someone who is confident. People will judge no matter what you do, so might as well start doing what your heart is telling you YOU DO YOU.

…take measurements as normal and cut the size the person measures. If the person as no bust/breasts, then reduce the bust curve to almost nothing. For Spencer’s Lawren bodysuit, I cut a size XL for the bodice (reducing the bust curve to almost a straight line) and a size medium for the panty. All construction and sewing were the same.
