Have you ever sat in a meeting and heard someone’s idea and thought, “Oh. That sounds like a really bad idea?” Even if you have thought of those things, don’t ever say that out loud. This kills your team’s morale and brings down the positive vibes.

When someone disagrees with you about something at work, think “how interesting” instead of immediately getting defensive. This is just one of the ways you can get your work life to be interesting.
4. Do Not Overload On Work Times
When they say 9 to 6, they really mean 9 to 7. In order to ensure that you and your employees are happy as a clam, ensure a bright and positive environment and don’t press too many issues onto your employees even after their log out time. This makes people want to work without feeling too pressurized and be healthy at the same time.
5. Have An Open Door Policy
When your employees know that they can reach out to you when ever they want, an open Door Policy helps in giving them just that opportunity. An open door policy also helps in taking down all the walls and creates an overall positive environment!
