The City of McAllen will be switching ISP’s (internet service providers) this weekend beginning Friday, July 20, 2018, at 12:00 p.m. This will cause intermittent access problems with internet traffic (outgoing and incoming).

Additionally, all City of McAllen websites will be affected and become inaccessible at times.

As a result, all citizen online payment options will be disabled beginning on Friday, July 20, 2018, at 12:00 p.m. and continuing through Sunday, July 22, 2018, at 6:00 p.m.

Customers should make alternate arrangements for payments that are due at this time.
