Nanoparticles magnesium oxide for heat-conducting plastics

The thermal conductivity of nano Magnesium Oxide is more than 30W/(m.k). After surface treatment, it has better contact with resin. Light weight, high insulation, and excellent thermal conductivity, can be filled in large quantities. It is one of the best fillers for heat-conducting rubber, heat-conducting plastic and heat-conducting adhesive.

High purity, good whiteness, small size, uniform and good dispersion, specially used for heat conduction of nano-magnesia, which can be used for heat conduction of silicone sheets, heat conduction resins (PA6, PP, PPS, ABS) and other materials. The addition amount of necessary surface modification can reach 70 ~ 80 parts, and the heat conductivity can reach up to 5W/m.K.

The properties of heat-conducting silicone rubber filled with Magnesium Oxide were studied. The results show that the thermal conductivity and tensile strength of the silicone rubber filled with small-particle size magnesium oxide are greater than that of the large-particle size magnesium oxide when the dosage of magnesium oxide is less than 200, while the elongation at break is the opposite. The thermal conductivity of silicone rubber is the highest when the combined ratio of large size magnesium oxide to small size magnesium oxide is 100/100. Adding appropriate silane coupling agent is beneficial to improve the thermal conductivity of silicone rubber, and the optimal dosage is about 0.5% of the dosage of large-size magnesium oxide.
