I own an on-demand delivery service, need advice

http://ift.tt/eA8V8J

So basically I own an on-demand Delivery service, we deliver anything from food to shoes to bathroom essentials to beauty products to tools basically anything that can fit in a persons passenger seat. We’ve been growing, got 3 business partnerships now and are doing about 800 deliveries a month up from 200 a month 6 months ago with 0 partnerships. Everyone around me is impressed but I keep hearing the same thing from people, “the only reason your doing so well is because your not competing with postmates or favor yet.” And that’s pretty true, my only differentiating factors are 1) Reasonably priced, avg fee is $8.30 2) Text based meaning you just text us what you want and we deliver it, also it gives a more personalized experience since we chat with them like friends

I feel those two are not enough and the first one isn’t that great since everyone knows if your advantage is having slightly cheaper prices then it’s not really an good advantage. I’ve been trying to find a good pivot from what we’re doing now but I got nothing

So what do you guys think I should honestly do if you met someone in my position?

Close up shop now and spend my time working on something that has a chance instead?

Keep running it just to make some extra money on the side?

Keep running it and attempt to get funding and compete?
