Uttarakhand Chief Minister Dhami leaves for Delhi amid possibility of cabinet reshuffle

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami went for Delhi on Tuesday, amid rumours over a probable Cabinet upheaval.

According to reports, Dhami would meet with the BJP’s high command in Delhi to discuss a possible cabinet overhaul. According to reliable sources, the Chief Minister would also submit a report to the BJP high command on those party officials who attempted to destroy the image of the RSS and the government in the assembly recruiting matter.

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami recently paid a courtesy call to Home Minister Amit Shah while in the national capital.

The meeting lasted an hour, during which the CM detailed the divine tragedy that had recently occurred in several parts of the state, as well as the disaster management, relief, and rescue activities that had taken place in those locations.

The two leaders also discussed the topic of police modernization.

CM Dhami had said, “There was a lot of discussion regarding the development of the state in the meeting”.

Earlier, the CM had held a meeting on the Kishau Dam Multipurpose Project under the chairmanship of Union Minister for Water Power Gajendra Singh Shekhawat in the National capital.

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur and Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar also participated virtually.

In the meeting, CM Dhami and the CM of Himachal Pradesh, Jai Ram Thakur, presented their views on the project.
