Zombies and singers

The Intelligencer may be a bit late (about a decade or so) in commenting on the classic novels and Zombies trend.
It’s out of control: Zombie anti-historical movies like Abraham Lincoln vs. Zombies (2012), perversions of classic novels like Jane Eyre and Zombies (What next, Zombie Frankenstein? A really redundant monster.), zombie beauty contests, Zombie Barbie. (I may have made the last two up.)  (Vic Schukov)
And just wait until they find out about the movie I Walked with a Zombie.

According to Daily Music Roll, Chinese singer Jane Zhāng is quite the Brontëite:
38 years old Zhāng Liàngyǐng is popular among her fans as Jane Zhāng. She was born in Chengdu, Sichuan in 1984 on October 11th. Zhāng was deeply influenced by the writings of Jane Austen and to pay homage to ‘Jane Eyre’, she added the name ‘Jane’ in front of her own. In 2006 on January 9th her first debut EP ‘Jane, Love’ was released which has sold more than 5000000 copies all over China. (Jennifer Stone)
