This week, my thoughts are all about my online Go Creative! Workshop tomorrow night. Last month’s workshop hit a hitch, tech-wise, so Janet and I are testing madly today, to ensure that won’t happen again.

The intention of this month’s event is to show you how to map the coming quarter, with a planning month and three making months, across the three functions of a creative business: craft, management and enterprise.
Each of these functions requires you to wear a different “hat”:
- You put on your Crafter Hat for IB Work: The work you need to do in your business: your creative projects, products and campaigns
- You put on your Manager Hat for OB Work: The work you need to do on your business: your creative business assets, processes and profits
- You put on your Entrepreneur Hat for AB Work: The work you need to do about your business: your creative ideas, pitches and publications.
