This approach to intermittent fasting is excellent! The author has a way of breaking things down so that it is very practical which makes it super easy to incorporate into your daily life. Things like this should be handled not as a diet, but as a lifestyle change and the author does a great job in doing just that. The concepts are broken down in a way that’s easy to read and is very informative. It took me a long time to realize that the cheapest and most effective diet in the world was free all along!
