Hair loss is a potential problem nowadays, and ladies, trust me, I do even feel bad for the amount of Hair loss I experience during the day. Just a brush through the hair, brings out potentially good and healthy hair, pulled out of its roots. However, I came across some super effective tips and tricks, which has helped me grow my hair back, and also stops hair fall. I know you are craving for those beautiful long locks too. Here is what I have for you. Try these out if possible!

1) Detoxing your scalp

The hair fall issue is deeply rooted in the scalp. Make sure you cleanse your hair thoroughly to avoid any kind of dust and impurities from settling in. Also, make sure to use a sulphate free, mild shampoo so that the natural oils of your hair don’t get washed off!

2) Massage

Massage your scalp gently, whenever you get free time. It will not only help you to relax but also stimulate the roots with better energy.

3) Say no to tangles

Whatever you do, make sure to sleep with your hair knotted up. This way, you can avoid a tangled hair in the morning. Also, even if it does get tangled, simply make sure to start detangling from the ends to the roots for best results. NO pulling and no tugging!

4) Heat solutions not advisable

Well, strictly avoid ironing your hair or using any kind of heat treatments. They rob your hair of essential oils, thus making it look dry and weird.

5) Protein rich food

Have an intake of a protein rich food. Protein tends to serve very good for your hair, thus helping your hair grow.

6) Use coconut oil

Most of you don’t take oiling on a serious basis. Well, in fact you should! My mom used to oil my hair with coconut oil, during my childhood, and this routine hasn’t changed. It provide quite effective to me. What is your routine?

7) Drink lots of water

You know how much essential is water for your health? It flushes out all toxins and helps in better functioning of the body processes. Keeps you stress free and oxygenated too!

8) Use less of chemicals

Chemical treatments like bleaching, coloring, etc may seem quite attractive but they are not definitely the best friends of your hair. Nothing looks so lush and strong as a naturally healthy hair. If at all you wish to use, make sure to have a mild chemical treatment for a stylish looking hair.
