The good news is that the metro line from Huda City Centre will connect to Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) via RD City Road which is going to be the nearest metro line from the extension road. Nonetheless, the project will take time to commence.

According to Mr. Brijesh Singh, Director of Gurgaon based Real Estate Consulting Company, Straightway Propmart, “Due to constant up-downs in real estate market in Gurgaon investors are no longer able to afford to invest in the areas that are in developing state and having projects from the builders that have just stepped into the industry. Such areas will take a few more years to be well-established.” Investors need to target the areas that benefit end users from all crucial perspectives. Projects that are ready for handover and offer considerable infrastructure are the remarkable choice for investors in current scenario. High-end residential projects on Golf Course Extension Road are a creamy Gurgaon property for investors as well as buyers” he added.
