Passengers are intelligently assigned to lifts by the AGILE Destination Control system, which also increases capacity by 30% while cutting waiting and Travel Times by 25%. A new generation of AGILE kiosks, which can be personalised with specific visuals and messages to benefit building tenants and improve the overall building experience, has now been introduced by TK Elevator throughout the Asia Pacific region. The new kiosks have a clean, modern design with a simpler, more straightforward interface and display. For specific architectural needs, they are available in two sizes and can be fixed on a wall or set up on a pedestal stand.

Smart elevators offer more convenient service, easier to use, and more energy efficient as compared to conventional elevators. It uses destination dispatch technology wherein passengers enter their destination floor via a touch screen panel and are assigned to a designated elevator along with other people going to the same floor. This offers minimum number of stops between intermediate floors by skipping stops at lower levels and hence, travel times are effectively reduced for users. It is preferred as new installations and retrofits by many tall buildings or commercial complexes.
