Soya Chunks Cutlet

This post is quite special to me !! I am guest posting for a very dear Friend Priya who blogs at PriyaKitchenette with an amazing Protien Rich Meat Analog Recipe – Soya Chunks Cutlet.

Heyy Peeps!! Howdy ?? Its almost Weekend at my end of the world. First Week of the New Year 2017  has gone with the wind already. Weather has gone extremely cold and days are quite short too. I am often found lingering around my culinary corner experimenting and cooking up some delicacies.

Sometimes we really have the urge to eat some hot , fried snack  or may be some Spicy Tangy Street Food when the temperature drops down. Aloo Tikki, Sabudana Vada, Hara Bhara Kebab, Chilli Soya, these Soya Chunks Cutlet are something I often make when there is craving for some appetisers.  Priya, my lovely blogger friend reached out to me, asking If I could contribute something for her beautiful blog PriyaKitchenette. It was an Instant Yes!!

Oh what a fantabulous time we had in Bangalore together this Summer!!!! I totally enjoy our peppy catch ups virtually, but getting to know the bubbly cheerful Priya in person was wonderful !! There is so much to learn from you and I totally take bow to you my dear mentor friend.  Cheers to many more lovely times together.

Coming to this Protien Rich Recipe, Soya Chunks is often used as Meat Analog or a Meat Extender.. Being a vegetarian, Incorporating them in our regular food is something I always look forward. Today, I am bringing to you an easy Soya Chunks Cutlet Recipe  that can be had for tea time or even as a snack for your child’s lunch box.
