You may or may not know, depending on how much attention you have been paying, I Mrs Helen Reid am trying to write my first Book. ‘Darkest Desires Of An Insecure Mind’.  Now trust me it is some way off yet, I have all the characters sorted out, even if they do have a life of their own and are now dictating to me what they are going to do next. Samantha is demanding I let her loose on James. I haven’t decided if I will allow this yet. If you haven’t followed my alternative blog, can I ask you to take five minutes of your valuable time to do so.

The blog follows Samantha Hunt, a woman who is trapped in a one-sided and unhappy marriage. She loves her Husband but is unsure of whether he feels the same about her. Sex is brief, to the point and she is totally unsatisfied. When we meet Samantha and her Husband Andrew they have just moved into a new house, I say new but really the house is very old. Samantha has some rather odd and dark experiences while she is at the house and things are starting to get on top of her. The only thing that is lifting her spirits (excuse the pun) is a man named James who has just introduced himself as their neighbour. James is the complete opposite of her husband. Andrew is a tall, slim, suit wearing, skin moisturising, well-groomed office worker. James on the other hand is shorter and thicker set, he is a labourer, has soap and water skin, rough working mans hands and is more likely to be seen in a pair of well-worn jeans and steel toe cap boots. He has definitely turned Samantha’s head, but will she be able to resist him and make a go of her marriage? And what will become of the dark presence that is making her feel so uncomfortable in her new home?

Whoo i can’t wait to find out myself, that is the beauty of the blog, while a book has a start, middle and ending the blog just goes on. Maybe the characters in the blog while sharing the same names may end up making different decisions to those that I have decided for my book. Who knows, all I do know is that I am having great fun writing it and really Hope that you will follow me as it unfolds.
