LIC Bima Diamond plan is the new Money Back insurance policy from LIC of India. LIC Company is celebrating their 60th anniversary in this year, 2016. So, as a part of the Diamond Jubilee Celebration, Life Insurance Corporation is going to launch this Bima Diamond LIC Plan. LIC’s Bima Diamond Plan is a non-linked, traditional money back policy.

During their 60th year anniversary, LIC of India has also declared a special one-time Diamond Jubilee Bonus to the policy holders. This bonus will be ranging from Rs 5 to Rs 60 per thousand  rupees of sum assured. It is in addition to Simple Reversionary bonus, Final additional bonus (FAB) and Loyalty additions (LA).

During last 8 months, LIC India has launched three new insurance plans. These are LIC Jeevan Labh Plan, LIC Jeevan Shikhar Plan and LIC Jeevan Pragati Plan. LIC’s Bima Diamond Plus is the fourth addition to LIC new plans. Now let’s take a look at the policy features and other related details.

LIC Bima Diamond Plan Features

LIC Diamond Jubilee Plan is ‘thrice as nice’. It has triple advantages namely:

1. Extended protection – Every 4th Year

2. Money-Back – Half of the Policy Term after Policy Term elapses

3. Auto Cover – Auto Cover period of 2 years is available on a policy of at least 5 full years on which subsequent premium is not dully paid.

LIC New Money Back Plan Details:

• Minimum Sum Assured – 1,00,000 (1 lac)
• Maximum Sum Assured – 5,00,000 (5 Lacs)
• Policy Premium Term – 16/10, 20/12, 24/15
• Minimum Entry Age – 14 Years Completed
