How to be captain cool??

How to be captain cool? This is  an article which focuses on how to keep the emotions under control and remain cool. Though it is impossible to be chill like ice at all times, as emotions surge results in tension, stress, anxiety, or anger. Letting loose your emotions once in a while helps release the Pressure. Our mind is like a pressure cooker, if the pressure is not vented properly it will explode with severe damages. Dancing, Music, Workout, Meditation are some few ways of reducing the tension or stress developed from within. Here I am not going to talk about the ways to release the pressure rather through light on how to avoid developing internal pressure. There is no thumb rule to be captain cool as the environment and situation vary widely. Typically these are few steps which will avoid increase in barometer.
Being Patient: Being patient is the first and foremost mantra to be cool. Crane waits in murky, muddy river patiently, in one leg until the right prey comes within striking distance. Most of the time frustration makes us loose our cool. Things doesn’t happen as quick as we have anticipated due to many external factors which is not in our control. Patience is the key to be cool. Wait patiently until your efforts mature and bear the fruits.
Time management: Time management gives look ahead of our time throughout a day, week or year and gives an insight of the targets to achieve. Manage your time in a proper, useful and efficient manner. Being late for a meeting or not completing the work on time puts one under tremendous pressure and stress. Always plan to reach the venue ahead of time or complete the assignments ahead of time to avoid last moment dramas. Better time management keeps us to be calm, cool and composed.
Be prepared for the worst: We all would want things to happen in our life the way we anticipate. With proper planning and mitigating the negative effects we can make the worst of the worst things turn in our favor. We shall prepare ourselves for the worst case scenario so that when such events happen we maintain our cool and have action plan to counter. Prepare for the worst and hope for the best.
Act not react: We are all used to postpone things until the eleventh hour which is when we don’t have the time to act, rather will be forced to react. At the eleventh hour the scene will be directed by others who are beyond our control, forcing us to react. we all know how stressful when things go out of our control. In simple words with every act(ion) we push forward, with react(ion) move backward.
Live and let live: We are not loners in the world, we thrive alongside other humans. Fellow humans living around posses the capacity to influence our mood, peace of mind and so on, which makes your attitude towards others matters a lot. Let others live in peace and they replicate the same, Disturb others and expect hostility. Wanna be cool, Keep your fellow beings cool.

Being cool gives a lot of room for better thinking and better handling of the situation. Being cool and keeping the emotions under control also reduces the health hazards like Stress related disorders, hypertension, etc., and helps maintain better relationship within the family and community. The secret of many successful personalities around the world is controlling their emotions and keeping themselves cool. It comes naturally for some but for others needs a lot of practice to control emotions and be cool.
