Feasting the Food with eyes are as relishing and satisfying as tasting a good food. Food is first tasted with eyes, which stimulates the taste in the brain and intrigues the taste buds to taste the food . Mandi - the most important dish in any function/ party in Saudi Arabia. Its a dish with cooked lamb and flavored rice. Traditional arrangement in one of the famous restaurants in Jeddah. To round off the meal finish the feast with delicious Kunafah and Herbal Chai
Home made Rice Kanji(porridge). Rice, Minced Mutton , Veggies cooked in Maggie chicken broth along with spicy Chicken Tikka.. all credits to my wife for such a great porridge.
