2016 started badly and just kept rolling tsunami-style, claiming the lives of the great and the good that got in its way, as well as the vulnerable and needy.

I once wrote a song under my alter ego called Listen To Your Heart (This Christmas Time) and now as the wretched 2016 draws to a close, we need to do that.  We need to pull together more than ever before to make the world a better, safer and peaceful place for the children of the world

Images like these should haunt us this Christmas, because peace on earth right now is something we do not have and something we all have an obligation to do something about.

We can never obtain peace in the outer world until we make peace with ourselves
