Top tip 1: Origami
I find that Origami helps me chill out when I feel like screaming my head off. With its need for Complete focus you cannot possibly think about anything else.
Top tip 2: Camomile
Camomile tea really helps me Calm down after a stressful day. The flower the tea is made out of it known the calm you down ready for bed.
Top tip 3: Read
To get lost in another world is to Forget about your own and to escape. Read for half an hour of so and I can assure you you will feel calmer when you return to your activities.
Top tip 4: Meditate
Now meditation takes complete relaxation. To forget about everything and leave your brain Completely blank. Even for those trying to meditate it can leave you feeling completely relaxed.
Top tip 5: Go for a walk
This is how I deal with my stress I find having a walk in particular direction makes me consintrate on the world around me rather than work and stress. For some they may find it hard to get away from busy life but this methord works for everyone.
