Here’s another good product from the latest collection of Oriflame. Read on the full review and know if this is the right product you were looking for.
This stylo Eye Liner is from the Oriflame’s ‘The ONE’ range. This is a liquid eye liner in the style of a felt-tip pen which makes it easier to apply and control.
What it claims: Long lasting liquid eye liner with soft felt tip delivers smooth, continuous lines without dragging or stopping. Intense pigments for dramatic definition. Ophthalmologically-tested. Suitable for contact lens wearers.
Packaging: The eye liner comes in a handy felt tip style pen.
Variants: The eye liner is available in two shades: black and blue.
Price: The eye liner costs INR 549.
My experience: Eye liner is a part of my daily make-up routine and hence I always like to try different eye liners and figure out which are the best ones for me basis different occasions. :) With Oriflame’s The ONE eye liner, my experience has been good. Firstly, the felt tip style makes it really easy and quick to apply the eye liner. You really don’t have to spend a lot of time on applying your liner and you can literally use it even when you are in a rush. Also, the felt tip helps provide better control while applying the liner. The tip of the applicator is very apt to apply either a thin line or a thicker line. (The trick is to change the angle of the applicator and you can get different thickness of the liner. Isn’t that simple?)
The eye liner is leaves a good amount of color (unlike some other eye liner in felt tip style which leave a very light color on your eyes :( ) The only disappointment for me with this product is that it is not waterproof and hence will fade away when it comes in contact with water (also, it tends to fade after some time if you have oily skin like mine.) As per its claim, the eye liner is surely long lasting as long as you do not wash your face or rub it off.
Overall, I would say this eye liner is a good product with regards to what it claims, the ease of application it provides and the quick application of the liner because of the felt tip. However, it would have definitely been the best product if this was available in a waterproof variant too. (Atleast for me :) )
Here’s a glimpse of different ways I apply this eye liner.
