Experimenting with outfits and trying different styles is something that I always love to do. Now with the summer season, I am somehow subconsciously particular about the fabric of the outfits that I purchase. And with that, if I get a different design, then its surely a cherry on the cake.
So here’s a look that’s been curated considering the fabric for the ongoing season along with a stylish twist that you will like if you are someone who doesn’t mind trying different styles.
For this look, I picked up this simple, A-line cotton Dress with chevron print all over it. The interesting part is the cold-shoulder asymmetrical sleeves style along with bow tie-ups that add a chic look to the otherwise simple dress. The fabric is very apt for summers and the dress is super comfortable to carry.
To complete the look, I paired red heels to add some colour to the overall simple colour hues. You can definitely try out other colours as well like neons, orange, fuchsia, etc or keep it simple with black or nude footwear. For accessories, I choose to just add hoop earrings and a ring as I want the dress and shoes to be the statement pieces. I did not wear any neckpiece as there’s a lot going on around the neck and shoulder area because of the tie-ups and asymmetrical sleeves structure.
For Makeup, I didn’t play around a lot. Some BB cream, subtle and natural looking eyeshadow, black eyeliner, some mascara, a subtle blush and red lipstick for that pop of colour on the face. You can definitely play around with the makeup basis your comfort and liking. I left my hair open as I do most of the time. A half updo, high pony or bun will also look good.
Overall, the outfit is very stylish, chic and comfortable. Perfect for any casual setting, a day out with your friends or even a date. Also, people are sure to notice your unique fashion sense with this kind of an outfit.
