1.NOT HAVING A PLAN
You might have seen some people roaming in the gym
without any aim , trying every exercise they can

just pick one and try to stick to it atleast for 2 months
2.BAD OR NO WARM UP BEFORE WORKOUT

counts as Warm up , you need to prepare your muscles , joints and nervous system to lift weights
not doing so can lead to injury
so,do a comprehensive warm up that can lead you to little sweat .
3.MISSING WORKOUT / OVER WORKOUT
People skip workouts with different excuses
the only key to a perfect physique is consistency , select a days and timings that suit to
and show up to the gym .
On the other hand there are people who live in the gym
give your muscles some time to recover
3-4 days in a week is recommended for most beginners .
4.NO LEGS DAYS
Running,cycling or playing soccer clearly doesn't count as strength and size building
activities , for that you need to do some heavy weight barbell exercises
that will strengthen your muscles,joints and endurance and will also
builds total-body balance .
5.Relying too much on Supplements.
SUPPLEMENTS ARE NOTHING WITHOUT A GOOD DIET
focus primarily on your exercise and diet
