VIVA LA MEXICO! We spent our spring break in Mexico (8 days total) and had the best time ever! We have been to Mexico many times before (this was our fifth time) and have always loved vacationing there! Unlike going to a big city, Mexico offers the opportunity for ultimate relaxation, making it the perfect spring break destination.
We stayed at an all-inclusive resort called Grand Bahia Principe. We have stayed here before and absolutely loved it, so we decided to go again. This resort has four "hotels" in it: Coba, Tulum, Akumal, and Sian Ka'an. To be honest, our family was a bit disappointed from first because they turned Akumal into a member-only area since our last trip to Grand Bahia. But we quickly got over it and got settled in.
Grand Bahia Principe is a gorgeous resort with a jungle feel. There is so much nature and color throughout the resort! The resort is super scenic and provides some great photo-ops!
For our birthday on March 20th, we went to the Brazilian restaurant in the resort. We were welcomed to a table COVERED in rose petals! They also had special little cakes for us which were adorable! Thank you Bahia Principe for an amazing birthday!
