You know that time before the holiday when you are super excited to wear a bikini that you clean your diet as much as possible and almost go raw. I actually love raw food and eat as much as possible mainly in the form of salads. Raw vegetables and fruit are so good for your that you should consume as much as possible. One problem with London is that the raw eating or Healthy eating only became a thing recently and the majority of places won’t really embrace raw food and prefer to opt for options such as burgers. I do love a good burger, don’t get me wrong but this is usually a treat after I spend the entire week eating healthy. The exciting news, however, is that there are quite a few healthy eateries around and we decided to go for a lunch at the Raw Press located on the Ellis Street in Chelsea.
