Because I really quite enjoyed writing the last chatty post (A Bit of a Ramble) and it was very well received, I’m back with another one today. Here’s what’s new;

While I’ve long wanted to experience an Aveda hair salon – and I am just really slack to be honest, as there are plenty of spots around in Australia – I’ve not yet tried any Aveda products but thankfully, everything changed recently. I was gifted a sample set of the damage remedy shampoo and conditioner, and if only you could smell these little guys. The scent of these two are next level, and rather than have me try and explain it – Aveda say  ‘our own pure-fume aroma consists of certified organic bergamot, mandarin, ylang ylang and other pure flower and plant essences.’ YUM. Oh, and of course my hair is left scrumptiously soft but that’s no surprise right?

Next up is a new product I’ve been enjoying, which is Dr Roebucks Byron is a 2-In-1 cleansing mask and exfoliating scrub that is filled to the brim with extremely gentle biodegradable eco beads to target clogged pores, lift away impurities and remove dead skin cells, which in turns leaves my face feeling like velvet. I also have ordered REN Clean Skincare’s Ready Steady Glow Daily AHA Tonic after seeing it all over Instagram (Emma Hoareau I’m looking at you, you #skincareguru) and the rave reviews of smoother and brighter skin so stayed tuned!

Speaking ordering, I’m also looking forward to Charlotte Tilbury’s Hollywood Contour Wand in Fair/Medium to arrive, and am excited for what I hope is carving the best cheekbones of my life – time will tell but the hype is real. I also grabbed a fresh beautyblender as I think my usual is on it’s way out, it’s almost 10 months old or so, definitely time to upgrade…
