Christmas Dinner

Christmas is around the corner and I'm sure a lot of people are cash strapped and stressed out on how to stretch their money to ensure they have a good Christmas Dinner. Well, the list below is a sample menu idea which is both budget friendly and a huge time saver. The key to a successful Christmas dinner is making sure every dish pops in the mouth. You can spend $1000 or $100 but if the dishes taste like wet chalk it's a waste of time and money.
If you have many guests over for a Christmas dinner and at the end of the dinner you still have up to half or more of the dishes as leftovers, something is not right. No offense, but it is a big sign that the dishes are lacking somewhere. If you serve a slam dunk delicious Christmas dinner, there should be zero or very little amount of leftovers. Trust me, I speak from experience. The point I'm trying to make here is for you to focus more on flavors rather than on spending too much. Quality rather than quantity.
