The Complainant vide his RTI application sought information on 05 points
regarding the head wise details of the expenditure incurred by/for the
CESTAT bench at Chandigarh from 01.10.2015 till the date of providing
information, the details of the medical expenses claimed by Shri S.K. Verma
from 01.01.2010 till the date of providing information including the details
of the amount actually paid/sanctioned and year wise details of the claims
which had been rejected and issues related thereto.

The Cpio vide its letter dated 04.04.2017 provided a point wise response to
the Complainant. Dissatisfied with the response, the Complainant
approached the FAA. The FAA vide its Order dated 08.03.2017 directed the
CPIO to transfer the application to the CPIO, Bangalore Bench and for point
‘E’ directed that the application be transferred to the CPIO, Chandigarh for
providing information which pertained to leave and tour of Shri S.K. Verma.
