The Appellant Vide his RTI application sought information on 05 points (A to
E) regarding the copy of the Register/Diary of the Reserved Orders
maintained by SPS/office of Shri Ashok Jindal, Member(J) at CESTAT,
Mumbai from 01.01.13 till the date it was maintained at CESTAT, Mumbai
and from 08.12.14 at CESTAT, Delhi and other matters related thereto.

The CPIO vide its Letter Dated 13.10.15 provided a point wise response to the
Appellant. Dissatisfied with the response, the Appellant approached the
FAA. The FAA vide its Order dated 27.11.15 stated that with regard to Delhi
Bench, the CPIO had transferred the RTI application to the CPIO, CESTAT-
Delhi, with a note that some points pertained to CESTAT-Delhi and with
respect to Mumbai Bench, the concerned SPS attached to the Hon’ble
Member (J) Shri Ashok Kumar Jindal had specifically replied for the point
C,D & E, vide their letter dated 28.09.15.
