Restrain the Opposite Party from alienating, encumbering, mortgaging, leasing or parting with possession of flats nos. H3 091, L8 022, H2 183, H3 122, H3 053, L4 021, H2 012, L9 011, H 3083 in project known as Assotech Spring Fields on Plot no. GH 10, Sector Zeta, Greater Noida, UP;

Direct the Opposite party to give immediate possession to the complainants of their apartments in question or possession within a reasonable stipulated time frame and grant interest @ 18% per annum on the deposited amounts till delivery of possession;

And in the alternative if the Hon’ble Commission decides that prayer (a) is not possible, direct the opposite party to refund the amounts paid by the complainants to the opposite party and which have been specifically described in paragraph 10 of the present complaint from the date of deposit of various amounts till the filing of the complaint along with pendente lite and future interest @ 18% per annum till the date of payment by the opposite party. Total amount paid by the complainant to the opposite party till date stands at Rs.4,24,21,077/-;
