2. Brief facts of the vehicular accident as averred in the DAR are that  at
about 07:15 pm on 20.07.2016, while petitioner Sudesh was travelling in
a car towards Peeragarhi Flyover, one truck bearing registration No.HR­
55N­0607 hit the said car in a rash and negligent manner. Resultantly,
petitioner   sustained   injuries   and   removed   to   Sri   Balaji   Action   Medical
Institute. 

3. Subsequently, it transpired that the offending vehicle was being driven by
Bachchi Singh (Respondent No.1) which was registered M/s Sachkhand
Transport   Co.Pvt.   Ltd.   (Respondent   No.2)   and   insured   with   National
Insurance Company Limited (Respondent No.3). 

4. Respondent No.3/insurance company made an offer to pay  Rs.15,000/­
(Rupees   Fifteen   Thousand   only)  as   full   and  final   settlement   amount
against   the   compensation   sought   by  the   petitioner/injured   Smt.Sudesh
which   was   accepted   by   her.   Both   the   parties   have   settled   the   present
matter amicably and statements of petitioner and that of Learned Counsel
for respondent No.3/Insurance Company were recorded separately.
