We dispose of this case with a direction to the Insurance Company

to deposit crossed-cheques in the sum of ` 15,000/- each in the names of

appellants No.1 and 2 namely Raj Kumar and Harmesh Khan sons of late

Ujjagar Singh with the office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court on or before

22.12.2017, failing which the amount will carry 9% interest p.a. from the date of

this order till the cheques are deposited with the office of the Lok Adalat. The

appellants’ counsel/appellants my collect the cheques from the office.

Copy of the order be supplied/sent to the counsel/parties and file be

returned to the High Court.
